- WHAT IS THE TERMS OF PAYMENT?

- Deposit of 30% of the purchased item(s) will be paid in advance, at the time of purchase.
- Balance of 70% of the purchased item(s) will be paid at the time when the ordered item(s) has/ have arrived and prior to delivery.
- You will be notified via e-mail, when the ordered item(s) are in stock, and ready to ship.
- HOW DO I KNOW WHEN DELIVERY WILL TAKE PLACE?

- For all PRE-SHOPPING looks, there will be delivery remark included, on the time frame for you to expect delivery.
- Please note that the time frame provided is based on estimation, where delivery may take place earlier. In the event, that there will be delay from the time frame provided, you will be notified via e-mail.

- HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN-FOR-EXCHANGE (RFE)?

- In the event that the purchased style(s) is/ are not suitable, you may request for RETURN-FOR-EXCHANGE (RFE) by contacting our Customer Care, either via e-mail to customercare@shoppe33.com or via telephone at +62 21 2933 1133 from 09:00am to 06:00pm from Mondays through Fridays, and from 08:30am to 01:00pm on Saturdays
